Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make a delivery/collection charge if your agreed appointment is not kept
Our minimum order value is £18.00 per collection, orders below that amount will still be charged at £18.00
All ironing will be carried out to the instructions specified or otherwise agreed. Any damage or queries must be reported within 24 hours
Any damaged or stained items will be returned un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding. Any such items will be pointed out to you immediately when returned.
In the unlikely event of damage or loss of your garments we will compensate up to £30 per item unless agreed otherwise. A receipt of purchase or proof will be required
The turnaround is 48/72 hours unless unforeseen circumstances do not allow, in which case you will be informed as soon as possible
Use of our services implies acceptance and agreement to our terms
The Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, however we will endeavour to notify all existing customers of any amendments as soon as possible
